Northeastern Supply (NE) has welcomed three new associates: John Garncarz, Chat Ott, and Brian Parker.
Garncarz is NE's new director of supply chain. He is responsible for directing the company's overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials, selection of vendors, and distribution of goods. Garncarz will also evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and inventory control.
Garncarz brings more than 20 years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience in HVACR wholesale distribution and construction product manufacturing. In addition, he has more than a decade of experience as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer. Garncarz is a true believer in lean and continuous improvement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Stockton University and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
“I am truly excited to join Northeastern Supply and help bring our supply chain team to the next level. My goal is to ensure that we always have the right product, at the right place, at the right time, at the right price, all the time. We work in an extremely competitive environment and customer service perfection has to be the norm not the exception,” said Garncarz, who is ready to bring NE's supply chain to the next level. The company is excited to have Garncarz and looks forward to him bringing his knowledge and experience onboard.
Ott is NE’s new American Standard and Mitsubishi brand and product manager. He will work closely with NE’s HVAC department narrowing in on the American Standard and Mitsubishi brands. Ott will be responsible for educating and supporting both the company's inside and outside sales team.
Ott has been in this industry for seven years, with five of those years in branch management and sales management. He comes to NE with a great amount of product knowledge on both the American Standard and Mitsubishi lines of equipment. Part of his onboarding for this role involved visiting multiple NE locations, specifically those focused on HVAC sales. Ott is goal-driven and his enthusiastic attitude to grow the company's HVAC footprint in the market is a wonderful addition to the NE family.
“The decision to join the team at Northeastern was an easy one," said Ott. "We have some of the best talent in the business and a long standard of going above and beyond to support our customers. I am looking forward to continuing this tradition as we grow our HVAC footprint in our market.”
Parker is NE’s new director of e-commerce. He will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of NE’s e-commerce business, including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.
Parker joins NE with more than 16 years' e-commerce and digital marketing experience in both wholesale distribution and manufacturing, including corporate website management, B2B commerce and B2C commerce. With a degree in business management and a certification in industrial distribution management, Parker brings a unique portfolio of experience to NE. His background in wholesale distribution and e-commerce and digital marketing made him a natural fit for this position with NE.
“I am truly excited to be part of the team and to help evolve and grow e-commerce as a sales channel at Northeastern Supply," said Parker. "My goal is that my work will be a competitive advantage for our employees and our customers in an ever-changing business climate.”
