Q1 2019 was quite busy for Sweeney Rogers Geraghty Inc. (SRGI). Coming off of a great 2018, the company continues to bring in top talent to support its best-in-class products. SRGI recently hired Bill Paige (commercial territory manager-Upstate New York), Toby Williams (territory manager-Northern Maine), Steve Johnson (territory manager-Western New York), and returning to SRGI, Tim Lawler (commercial territory manager-Metro Boston).
Bill Paige comes to SRGI most recently from a prominent manufacturer of air conditioning and heat pump equipment. He brings decades of experience in the HVAC and hydronics market and will be handling all commercial bid/spec and design build sales in the Upstate New York market. Paige lives with his wife in Ballston Spa, New York.
Toby Williams is an industry vet with more than 30 years' experience, both in the field as a heating-HVAC contractor with his family business and as a distribution salesperson and branch manager. He brings a deep knowledge of hydronic heating systems, ductless split/heat pump systems and tankless water heaters. Williams will cover all distribution sales in the northern part of Maine and resides just outside of Bangor.
Steve Johnson joined SRGI in April 2019. He brings a wealth of knowledge of HVAC equipment sales and was recently recognized by his peers as one of HARDI’s Top 40 Under 40, a group of up-and-coming young industry professionals who have shown exceptional traits and abilities. Johnson will handle all distribution sales in Western Upstate New York. Steve lives in Rochester, New York, with his wife and two daughters.
Tim Lawler returns to SRGI after a stint with a Fortune 500 water purification and cleaning company as a district manager. He had previously been with SRGI as a commercial account manager working with engineered products and calling on specifying engineers and mechanical contractors. Lawler returns to SRGI in the role of commercial territory manager and will handle accounts in the greater Boston area as a member of SRGI’s commercial team. He is a 2015 graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a degree in facilities engineering. Lawler lives in Melrose, Massachusetts.
