Tom Dixon will be assuming the role of national sales manager for Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. trench drains effective Feb. 19, 2019. Dixon joined Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. in 2018 as Northeast regional sales manager. Over the past year, his ability to adapt and his knowledge of the industry has been a great benefit to Smith’s representatives and customers.

Dixon has more than 25 years of experience in the trench drain industry. He recognizes the opportunity for Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. to grow market share by developing and implementing winning strategies for the Smith trench drain product line.

John Marini has accepted the position of Northeast regional sales manager at Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. effective Feb. 19, 2019. Marini will be based out of Erie, Pennsylvania. His understanding of the plumbing industry will assist in positioning Smith customers and reps to win. Marini's can-do spirit makes him an excellent addition to Smith’s regional sales team.

In his spare time, Marini enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Amanda, and their black Lab, Moose. Marini also enjoys playing basketball, golf and tennis.
