Steffney Loganbill, an account executive at HomeServiceChats, a professional web chat provider exclusively for the home service industry, will present a session about developing a plan to hit and exceed key business metrics at the AHR Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, on Jan. 15 at 10:30 a.m.
“Owning a home service business is hard work, and the rush and never-ending distractions can deter contractors from spending time really analyzing their key business metrics,” Loganbill said. “We’ll discuss how contractors can not only make time to stay on top of their business but begin to hit their goals and experience new growth by utilizing automation, learning how to effectively delegate and implementing improved processes.”
The session will be presented by Women in HVACR, an organization dedicated to empowering women in the HVACR industry by providing professional networking opportunities, mentoring and education. Loganbill, maintaining a rank of top salesperson for more than a year at HomeServiceChats, helped launch and implement their call-connecting agent position.
“We appreciate Women in HVACR for allowing us this opportunity,” Loganbill said. “There’s something in this message for everyone, and we believe it will be benefit all home service leaders in attendance, women and men alike.”
