Neighborly, one of the world’s largest parent companies of home service brands, recently held its annual conference in Dallas, Texas where Mr. Rooter Plumbing awarded top performing franchisees for significant accomplishments and contributions throughout the year. Awards and recipients included the following: 

Franchisee of the Year: Derek and Pamela Moreland, Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Toronto, Canada

The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest annual honor that can be bestowed upon a Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchisee. The award goes to a franchisee who has consistently grown a model Mr. Rooter Plumbing business and had exemplary customer service over a period of years, while developing a talented team of associates. Fellow franchisees view them as approachable and caring.

Woman of the Year: Stacy Franken, Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Williamsburg, Virginia

Each year, one standout female franchise owner is awarded the designation of Woman of the Year by consistently setting an example for other franchisees through continuous efforts to strengthen and support her Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchise.
