Registration is now open for the 15th Annual Women in HVACR Conference held at The Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado, Sept. 19 - 21, 2018.
Join and network with other women in the industry on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at the welcome reception. All attendees are invited to a welcome reception in Ellyngton's, a historic, evocative restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows and ornate decor, located on the first floor of the Brown Palace Hotel. The welcome reception will take place the evening before the conference.
The conference will begin on Thursday Sept. 20 and will include presentations from five women.
Stacy Pederson, motivational speaker and stand-up comic, will deliver a presentation on “Dying to Laugh-How to be Happy When Life’s a Mess.”
Keynote speaker Tamara Kleinberg, who is an innovation speaker, author and founder of LaunchStreet will deliver an address on “Innovation is Everybody's Business.” This will be your roadmap to win at innovation, ignite your highest value and stand out in a cluttered world. In this interactive and customizable keynote, Kleinberg will show each person in the audience how to be a peak performer, have a stronger, more valued voice and igniting innovation daily by unlocking their Unique Innovator Archetypes.
Next, Angie Snow, success coach at Snow Business Coaching and co-owner of Western Heating & Air, will discuss how to “Defy Time - Time Management for Today's Busy Woman.”

And last, but not least, Emily Saving, executive vice president at HARDI will talk about “Now Is the Time - HARDI’s Analysis of the Current HVACR Business & Policy Climate.”
The evening will end with dinner at The Wynkoop Brewing Co., Colorado’s first brewpub, home to tastemakers and rule breakers, bushwhackers and envelope pushers.
On Friday, Sept. 21, attendees will have two field options to choose from.
The first option is to join fellow attendees on a mountain hike on Mount Bierstadt. You will depart from the hotel at 6 a.m. and return between 2 and 3 p.m.
This is one of Colorado’s easiest fourteeners, with a trailhead elevation of 11,669 feet (West Slopes standard route); summit elevation of 14,060 feet; and hiking distance of 7 miles round-trip. It should take a total of 2.5 to 3 hours to go up and 2 hours to come back down. The cost will be $20 and participants will receive a t-shirt in addition to a great experience.
The second option includes a trip to Balistreri Vineyards. You will depart the hotel at 10:30 a.m. and return between 2 and 3 p.m. Join other attendees for a wine tasting experience of 15 to 18 different Balistreri wines. Tour the wine cellar and see natural winemaking in-action!
Participants will be treated to a three-course gourmet plated lunch and 10 percent off wine bottle purchases. Cost per person is $60.
