ChatGPT as an Administrative Assistant
Back to me writing here. As you can see, ChatGPT is much like discovering the Internet for the first time. It will certainly enhance training and make customer support and response much better.
The new, pay version of ChatGPT is coming with even greater enhancements such as memory, where you can have it learn functions based on the responses you get from customers, for example. It will also work with DALL-E, which is a drawing AI system that you can experiment with for showroom layouts.
I strongly suggest you try using ChatGPT to compose emails, and look for suggestions when responding to difficult customers or extended lead times. ChatGPT ties in to Outlook and Excel, so getting formulas and understanding where numbers are derived is now much easier. Think of ChatGPT as your administrative assistant.
Make sure your employees are improving their productivity with this tool. I think you will be blown away by its capabilities, and the best part is you only need to use it the way you want to.
While I do think this is the dawn of a new era, I will remain loyal to the need of brick-and-mortar luxury showrooms and unparalleled customer service to create a shopping experience that warrants a higher price. I also think ChatGPT will be the tool to help showrooms do it right.
