The Air Conditioning Contractors of America is holding two back-to-back fall meetings, bringing together hundreds of contracting professionals for industry-lead educational programs and networking events from Nov. 5-8 at the Crown Plaza in Dayton, Ohio.
ACCA Next Level (Nov. 5-6) addresses the challenges and opportunities facing emerging talent in the contracting industry. ACCA’s popular Service Managers Forum (Nov. 7-8) features educational programs that help contractors and business leaders lead more efficient and profitable service departments.
ACCA is featuring sessions on commercial maintenance and sales programs, advanced equipment monitoring and performance prediction, building your own technical education programs, and risk management. There will also be sessions that help contracting professionals develop robust social media programs and build their personal social media accounts into thought leadership channels.
Presenting at this year’s fall meetings include keynote speakers, Lisa Ryan, president and founder of Grategy, and Eddie Yoon, president and founder of Eddie Would Grow, LLC. Leading consultants include Chris Crew, Blue Collar Success Group, Frank Besednjak, The Training Source and Steve Coscia, Coscia Communications. Also presenting are, top contractors Renee Lucas, LCS Heating and Cooling, LLC., Brian Hooper, MSI Mechanical and Bill Vervaeke, Walton & Company, among others.
During these events, ACCA and Corporate Partner Emerson Climate Technologies will offer VIP tours of Emerson’s Helix Innovation Center. The Helix Innovation Center is a 40,000-square-foot facility located on the University of Dayton campus in Dayton, Ohio which focuses on providing a collaborative environment for researchers, academia, and industry professionals to develop solutions to industry challenges.
