ICC-SRCC joined the ICC in 2014 bringing more than three decades of experience in the development and implementation of national rating standards and certification programs for solar energy equipment. 

This agreement will considerably expand ICC’s content management services and extend General Code’s reach to ICC members.

At this time, no deficiencies have been identified in the IBC regarding cladding, and fire experts agree that the ICC model code and process ensures a reasonable level of safety. 

Raj Nathan will take over the position next March taking over from C.P. “Chuck” Ramani, who is retiring after a 44-year career.
