Heritage Distribution Holdings, the U.S. platform for global HVAC wholesaler Beijer Ref, has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Webb Supply.

Real estate developer Al Fattan Properties in Dubai has awarded Johnson Controls a 10-year Cooling as a Service (CaaS) agreement. 

With extensive sales experience, Fischer will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in the plumbing and hydronic industries while strengthening Caleffi’s presence in the Canadian marketplace. 

Reznor will launch several product innovations at its booth (#S9365) during the American Heating Refrigeration (AHR) Expo in Chicago, Jan.  22-24, 2024.

The series extension comes amid news that the EPA will require technology transitions to equipment utilizing greener refrigerants beginning Jan. 1, 2025.

The merger will close on Jan. 1, 2024.

The new plant is located in central Mexico, next to the company's two existing plants in the municipality of Apaseo el Grande, Gto.
