Plumbing Engineer recently spoke with Billy Smith, FASPE, executive director and CEO of ASPE, who gave an update on the organization and what to expect at this year’s symposium as well as the biennial convention in 2022. 

This is a continuation of a summary of the significant code changes to the 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) which is developed and promoted by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
