Legend Valve & Fitting Inc. has announced the recent promotion of William (Bill) Werthman to hydronic business development manager of the Western Region. Werthman has been instrumental in leading the Hydronics Legend University Training program, as well as leading as a technical expert in the company's tech department since he joined Legend. He is a licensed builder and master plumber in the state of Michigan. Werthman grew up in the plumbing and heating industry working for several years as a plumber, trainer, and manager for a large production plumbing company. He holds the most recent RPA ASSE 19210 certification as an installer and a trainer. Werthman’s technical and practical experience is a natural fit for his role as the business development manager for the west.  

”Bill’s many years of working with both Legend customers and contractors along with his aptitude for training, make him an ideal candidate to lead business development initiatives for our Hydronics Program, in the Western Region,” said Jeff Shreiner, VP of sales. "We are excited about adding Bill to our Sales Group.”

Werthman is based out of the company's Detroit area office, where he lives with his wife and four children.
