Newmans Valve, a master distributor based out of Stafford, Texas, is proud to announce that employee Sara Alford was awarded the Patriotic Employer Award for her support to fellow employee Brandon Foote.

The U.S. Army deployed Foote overseas for most of 2018. While he was away, Alford kept in contact with him to ensure he had everything he needed, offering additional support to his family as well. Because of these actions, Foote nominated Alford for the Patriotic Employer Award when he returned to the United States.

Newmans Valve held Foote's job while he served his country, and upon his return, promoted hime to a full-time inside sales position. The company is proud to honor both those who serve and those on the home front who supporting the troops.
