Women in Energy, a national association founded by established members of the oil and energy industries, has announced nomination deadlines for its Mentorship Award and Woman of the Year Award.

The deadline to submit nominations for the Women in Energy Mentorship Award is April 1. The goal of the award is to invest in the industry’s future by providing students with valuable connections and tools for success, as well as highlighting the outstanding career opportunities available within the energy industry. The deadline to submit nominations for the Women in Energy Woman of the Year Award is April 15. Annually, the association recognizes an outstanding woman in the energy field. Women in Energy invites industry professionals to submit nominations. Nominations may be self-nominated or nominated by another person. The award recipient will be announced at Women in Energy’s annual conference. An application form with more details can be found here.

The association is also taking a tour of the NORA Liquid Fuels Research Center in Plainview, New York, on April 2. Those who attend will be able to network and help raise funds for the association's Mentorship Program. More event and registration details can be found here.
