Phyn and Uponor, the companies behind Phyn Plus smart water assistant + shutoff, recently announced that the industry-leading water monitoring and leak detection innovation is now even smarter with the introduction of a B2B multi-property dashboard as well as several new features designed to improve the user experience and make homes safer. 

The Phyn Dashboard is a web-based portal that allows builders, homeowners associations, property management companies, insurance providers, utilities and more to understand water use, mitigate losses from leaks and address water conservation and sustainability mandates across their portfolios. Managers can spot trends and efficiencies as well as mitigate leak damage by shutting off water remotely until a maintenance staff can arrive. The dashboard will be available in spring 2019. Other features of the Phyn Plus include freeze alerts, the ability to use Amazon Alexa voice commands, and water consumption insights via a new app—Water Use Plus.
