FloLogic now offers a full line of smart water valves with the launch of the FloLogic CONNECT app-based interface. The FloLogic app enables remote FloLogic System notifications and control through a smartphone or tablet. The 1-inch, 1.5-inch and 2-inch valves each provide comprehensive leak detection throughout a plumbing supply as they detect, automatically stop and alert users to leaks as small as a half-ounce per minute in real time.

A CONNECT-enabled FloLogic System links through a property’s local Wi-Fi signal. The FloLogic CONNECT module includes a room temperature sensor, which can trigger low temp alerts and automatic water shutoffs to proactively prevent frozen pipe damage. FloLogic’s exclusive EverWatch flow sensing technology allows app users to see water flow events in real-time as small as a pinhole leak, whereas metering-style smart leak detectors can only see real-time flow in the half-pint to pint-per-minute range.
