As part of its mission to protect the health and safety of people around the world through the delivery of clean drinking water and safe sanitation practices, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) has been a proud participant in the Community Plumbing Challenge (CPC) every year since its inception. Presented by the International Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Foundation (IWSH), the CPC brings together international design, construction, and educational professionals to contribute to improvements to public health in regions where communities are still threatened by a lack of basic sanitation and safe drinking water systems.
ASPE is proud to have supported its members who have participated in CPC events in India, South Africa, and Indonesia, including Randy Lorge, Douglas Nelson, PE, GPD, Judith Torres, CPD, CDT, Nicholas Hipp, CPD, and Vincent “Vinny” Falkowski, PE, PMP, CCM. You can learn more about ASPE’s involvement in the CPC at aspe.org/CPC.
