Fratelli Pettinaroli SpA, an Italian-based manufacturer of valves and related products, has recently acquired the Jomar Group. After more than 30 years of partnership and following a 50 percent acquisition in 2001, the total acquisition was finalized in summer 2018.
Jomar is a top North American manufacturer and supplier of ball valves, butterfly valves, actuation, check valves, balancing valves and strainers with several patented valve solutions. “Being fully owned by one of the leading manufacturers of valves in the world is a huge step forward for Jomar,” said Paul Craig, president of Jomar. “The manufacturing and product development resources now available will provide the vehicle for Jomar to continue growth through innovation for years to come.”
Craig will remain with the company along with the entire management team. Operating in a 50,000-square-foot warehouse out of its headquarters in Warren, Michigan, Jomar additionally provides stocking warehouses and manufacturers' representatives nationwide.
