Expanding its specialized resources for plumbing and HVACR service and repair contractors, Quality Service Contractors announces two new programs that can help those businesses achieve a competitive edge.
The programs include Pillars of Success, QSC’s new business development and management system; and Front Line Service Training that develops the customer service and sales skills of technicians.
“With these expanded educational offerings, we’re reinforcing QSC’s mission to help contractors achieve greater success by working smarter, not harder,” said Dan Callies, chairman of QSC, an enhanced service group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors – National Association.

Front Line Service Training
QSC’s all-new Front Line Service Training program helps service contractors develop a team of all-star technicians with the knowledge, skills and desire to create exceptional customer experiences, sell more, drive repeat business and create results. Centered on QSC's 10-Step Customer Experience Delivery System, this two-day program teaches technicians the mindset, concepts and techniques they need to succeed.
