The integrated ASSE rate mixing valve and thermostatic control of heater are paired for an easy, hassle free, code compliant installation. AccuMix units are 99 percent energy efficient, quick and easy to install, provide on-demand hot water, are compatible with all sensor and non-sensor faucets, have a 0.3 GPM turn on, and eliminate scalding by delivering 105˚F hot water.
