The Brasscraft Manufacturing Co. Zell Scholarship program is accepting applications for scholarships for plumbing apprentices needing tuition assistance.
“Helping develop qualified plumbers is a critical initiative for Brasscraft,” said Charles Pryde, marketing director, Brasscraft. “We are proud to give hard-working students scholarships to help them continue their education and continue to develop into a strong workforce for the plumbing industry’s future.”
The Zell scholarship program is growing every year. The program offers up to $1,500 annually to qualifying apprentices. Since its inception, the scholarship program has awarded more than $400,000 to more than 300 deserving schools and apprentices.
Eligible students must be enrolled in an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program and gainfully employed with a licensed plumbing contractor. Students/apprentices and accredited programs may apply for scholarship funds by submitting an application through the BrassCraft website at https://www.brasscraft.com/about-us/scholarships/.
The application process is simple and once approved the scholarship funds are sent directly to the apprentices’ training center.
