Diversified Heat Transfer (DHT) has appointed Jake Goldberg as president and Chief Executive Officer. Goldberg began his career at DHT in 1999, and has played a leadership role, helping to guide the company in achieving its long-term strategic goals, for more than a decade.

Norman Goldberg and Ken Kaplan have led DHT for 34 years and will continue to be part of the day-to-day operations as chairmen and advisors.
DHT has also appointed Fred Depuy as strategic advisor to its Chief Executive Officer and Board. As a CEO with over 25 years of leadership experience, 14 years as president/CEO of AERCO International, Inc., Depuy values his team above all else. Depuy brings expertise in developing engineered solutions, establishing a customer-centric mindset and creating enterprise value. His role at DHT will be to provide advice and support in the areas of strategic opportunities, market, and competitive developments and to assist in the execution of DHT’s growth plan.
