More than 150 students are currently attending the PHCC of San Diego’s PHCC Academy. Bill Howe students total 27.

The Bill Howe Family of Companies has graduated more that 25 over the past few years and is extremely proud of the education opportunity they are able to offer to their field employees, both plumbers and HVAC techs.

The company also pays for 100 percent of tuition and books, which totals over $2,000 per student per year. However, they encourage their employees to become active in the academy and association and apply for scholarships.

Several students over the years have been awarded assistance for their outstanding dedication to their education journey, and for 2015, Bill Howe is proud of the latest recipients. Steven Winsett, Eric Montalvo, Allan Aguilar, and Mike Lacey will each be awarded the PHCC Educational Foundation Scholarship for the upcoming year.

We are very proud to recognize their achievements and scholarship award.”
