F.W. Webb Co., No. 13 on Wholesaler magazine’s 2015 Wholesaling 100, hired Thomas Grunewald as the company’s new senior vice president of sales.

As head of the sales team and sales effort, Grunewald is leading the planning, development and implementation of the F.W. Webb sales strategy across the company’s 14 areas of expertise. He is responsible for driving business growth throughout the F.W. Webb operating footprint, which includes all six New England states, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Before joining F.W. Webb, Grunewald was with HD Supply for 10 years, most recently as vice president of sales for the company’s Renovation and Fabrication Service Division nationwide. Grunewald has relocated to the Greater Boston area from Pennsylvania and will be based in the F.W. Webb corporate headquarters in Bedford, Mass.
