Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division a manufacturer of Zoned Comfort Solutions and Variable Refrigerant Flow cooling and heating systems, held its annual Diamond Service Group (DSG) Conference. This past March This two-day conference, held at the Airport Marriott Gateway, Atlanta, is a meeting of technical service professionals who receive training and technical support for Mitsubishi Electric’s commercial and residential cooling and heating systems.
The DSG network consists of more than 180 professionals located in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
“Once a year, DSG members have the opportunity to network with peers, professionals and Mitsubishi Electric support staff for comprehensive service training and new product updates to enhance their technical support skills for an evolving industry and customer base,” said Mark Rogers, national manager of service and program operations, Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division. “Contractors depend on our DSG members within local markets for the expertise and excellence that Mitsubishi Electric is known for, so this conference reinforces our commitment to training through its discussions, intensive sessions and other educational experiences.”
Mitsubishi Electric presented several awards at the conference this year to recognize the success of DSG members and their distributorships in areas of technical case management, field service support, technical training and overall product support. The award categories are National DSG Distributor of the Year and Regional Business Unit DSG Distributor of the Year.
The National DSG Distributor of the Year award was presented to BellSimons Companies, Hartford, Connecticut, and its DSG support group.
