Southland Industries, the MEP building systems experts providing engineering, construction, operations and energy service solutions, named Payman Farrokhyar Southern California Division Leader. His previous position was Southern California Branch Manager at Envise.

With a goal of customizing an experience for each client in order to realize their specific goals, Farrokhyar aims to provide connected solutions that utilize Southland's vast range of in-house experts. In his new role, Farrokhyar will oversee Southland’s procurement of design-build work in the regional market, while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Farrokhyar participates in industry organizations such as the Design-Build Institute of America, ASHRAE and Smart Cities Council.
