The Associated Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (APHCC) of Texas Charitable and Education Foundation has awarded a total of $15,000 in scholarships to the 15 students throughout Texas. The students are sponsored by members of APHCC-Texas, and were awarded on the basis of academic ability for 2017.
