Rick Mohrman of executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates, Inc., announced the placement of Brenda Rivera as senior vice president of Human Resources and Compliance with Kentucky Trailer.

Rivera was hired as the first SVP HR to develop, implement and oversee all human resource, compliance and risk management resources enterprise-wide, to support the overall strategic direction and business plans of the organization.

Rivera has worked in Human Resources with Bowie Resource Partners, TSI and EcoWater Systems, and recently held the position of VP Human Resources with Sloan Appriss. Rivera holds a MBA in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Michigan State University.
