Jones Stephens, a World and Main Company, announced that veteran plumbing marketer, Andy Yanka, has joined the team as senior director, plumbing product management. Yanka is responsible for leading all plumbing product initiatives across the retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels for both World and Main and Jones Stephens including, product strategy, product development, mix management, packaging, and merchandising.

Yanka was most recently with American Water Works Company where he held the role of director, innovation and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Yanka worked in the Masco Bath Unit of Masco Corporation in a product development leadership role.
