Fortune magazine has chosen Southern Pipe & Supply as one of its “Top 100 Medium-Sized Companies to Work For in the U.S.” With this accolade, Southern Pipe & Supply became the first Top 100 company in America chosen within the plumbing, heating and air conditioning, waterworks, and industrial distribution industry. More exceptional still, Southern Pipe & Supply is the first wholesaler in any industry that has received this honor. This is the first national recognition for being a great workplace for the company.

These rankings are based entirely on the feedback from employees who completed an anonymous “Trust Index” survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience behaviors that create a great workplace, the degree of support for employees' personal and professional lives and the authenticity of relationships with colleagues.
