John Guest introduces the new Reducer in ½-inch stem x 3/8-inch CTS size for use in the domestic plumbing market.

This fitting is suitable for both hot and cold water plumbing/remodeling and hydronic heating applications. Without the need for any tools, users can easily connect or disconnect the reducer and can use it with copper, CPVC, or PEX pipe. It is manufactured from high quality engineered plastic with an EPDM O-Ring. Lead-free and corrosion-free, the reducer also incorporates the JG Twist and Lock technology assuring users with additional security. Also offered in two sizes of ¾-inch stem x ½-inch CTS and 1-inch stem x ¾-inch CTS, the new reducer is both NSF- and IAPMO-approved for domestic plumbing in the U.S. and Canada and is now available for sale.
