Elkhart, Ind. – NIBCO INC. promoted Ashley Martin to general manager – PEX of its Lebanon, Ohio, manufacturing facility, reporting to Steve Malm, president and chief operating officer.

Martin began her career at NIBCO in July 2012 as a sales trainee in the Human Resources Sales Training Program where she won the Sales Trainee of the Year Award. Since 2012, she has held the position of director - distribution and transportation before being promoted to her current role.

Martin graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Ind., with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in strategy and information technology operations management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that, Martin spent six months studying at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
