Four locations serve up more than 1,600 steaks during customer appreciation event.
Farnsworth Wholesale Co. held its 19th Annual Steak Fry, Dec. 15-18, at its Tucson, Peoria, Pima and Ingram, Ariz., locations.
Farnsworth created the Steak Fry as an appreciation luncheon for all of its customers, vendors and associates. As well as providing a delicious steak meal, Farnsworth hosted raffle giveaways every five minutes during the events. Raffle items included gift cards, tablets, vendor products and tickets to local sporting events. At the end of the event Farnsworth donated the leftover food and steaks to the Mesa Men’s Shelter.
“Our annual Steak Fry is great fun for our associates, vendors, and customers,” said Drew Roberts, general manager of Farnsworth. “What started as a small customer appreciation event with just 70 people in attendance has grown to an annual event with over 1,500 loyal customers and guests. Our associates work diligently for four months before the event to ensure that our vendors and customers have a great time. Farnsworth continues to host the event as an appreciation to our customers for the business they provide us throughout the year.”
