AD was honored to be named 2015’s “HR Department of the Year” in the Greater Philadelphia area by the HR Department of the Year Awards.
The HR Department of the Year Awards, now in its 18th year, recognizes companies with HR departments of varying sizes who have demonstrated overall service excellence and impacted the success of their organizations. Past winners with larger HR organizations include, Lincoln Financial Group, SAP America and Vanguard Group.
AD’s Chairman & CEO, Bill Weisberg shares, “There are many companies our size that don’t have an HR department and I understand their concern about ROI. But the decision we made to invest in HR has demonstrated tangible results. It has improved the quality of the talent we attract and the speed at which we fill positions. AD’s new program, AD HR Services, provides a suite of HR-related services including best in class, innovative and cost-effective HR service providers.
