Consolidated Supply Co. teams feel like extended family members and they have many team-building, morale boosting, and memorable experiences with multiple company celebrations. One employee from the Nampa, ID branch posted on the company Facebook page, “Great place to work. -A-team!” Company celebrations are planned by the Employee Satisfaction team, which the company’s owner and Chairman of the Board, Karolyn Neupert Gordon is an active participant. One of the many, company-wide events that is a big hit is Employee Appreciation Day in November where branches have a special meal, treats, gifts, raffles, and they receive personalized recognition. Branch locations also hold their own unique celebrations, but each year they each must hold a special event. In 2015, many branches held multi-branch events like the teams from Seattle, Pacific and Everett, WA attended a Mariners game on August 25, 2015.
