Global agreement is an expansion of the existing North American supply contract.
MRC Global Inc. announced that its subsidiary, McJunkin Red Man Corporation, has signed a five-year contract to supply PVF products and services for Phillips 66.
This global agreement is an expansion of the existing North American supply contract between the two companies and has been expanded to include refining in Europe. Phillips 66 is a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company with leading Midstream, Chemicals, Refining and Marketing and Specialties businesses.
"I am very proud of our long-standing relationship with Phillips 66," Andrew Lane, MRC Global Chairman, President & CEO, said. "This expansion from a North America only contract to one with global scope is a result of our more than 30-year track record of providing Phillips 66 and its heritage companies with high-quality PVF products and services. We are grateful that they continue to trust us with their business."
"As our businesses have changed, our two companies have continued to grow and expand in geography, products and services," Lane said. "Safety, reliability and high service levels are key to this long-standing business relationship, which, in turn, creates value for our stakeholders."
In addition to providing products for maintenance, repair, operations and capital projects, MRC Global will continue to provide integrated supply services including storeroom management, vendor-managed inventory, zone store management and electronic catalog capabilities as well as automated valve services.
