Crain’s Cleveland Business reports in its July 7 edition that Oatey Inc., will build a new headquarters with 43,500 sq. ft. of office space.
Once completed, the two-story building will allow Oatey to consolidate its staff from three locations at manufacturing facilities located elsewhere in Cleveland.
In an interview with Crain’s, John McMillain, the company’s CEO, said the move will reinforce to plant personal that the plant manager is the supervisor vs. corporate executives who are seen at the factories on a regular basis.
A ceremonial groundbreaking will be held on Thursday, July 9.
