The acquisition, which closed this month, includes the InsiteShip and InsiteManifest software solutions including associated customer contracts, related intellectual property, and certain other assets. Insite Software has been a technology alliance partner of Epicor since 2003, delivering shipping solutions integrated with Epicor ERP.
