Grundfos will showcase several pressure boosting pumps at its 2017 AHR EXPO booth in Las Vegas to foster awareness of the company’s multifaceted pumping solutions.
“Our theme this year is booster pumps,” said Rebecca Terry, content marketing specialist at Grundfos. “We aim to educate attendees regarding the many compact, intelligent and energy efficient pressure boosting systems we offer.
Featured will be the following four HVAC and/or pressure boosting pumps that serve a variety of domestic and commercial applications:
SCALA2: The fully-integrated SCALA2 domestic booster pump is designed to boost water pressure from city mains, shallow wells and storage tanks serving residential buildings with up to three floors and eight taps. An intelligent pump control sensor compares measured and desired water pressures, adjusting pump speed accordingly and ensuring a perfect water pressure through the system.
PACOpaQ: Pairing reliable centrifugal pumps with the intelligence and efficiency of a dedicated HVAC control, the PACOpaQ HVAC packaged pumping system automatically determines the most efficient speed and optimum number of pumps needed to meet desired flow and pressure. It is designed for chilled and hot water distribution, condenser water, geothermal loop, district heating and cooling, and many other water-based systems.
Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ: Controlled by the cutting edge CU 352 MPC controller, the Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ is a fully-integrated and compact pressure-boosting system that offers multiple configurations with up to six pumps in parallel. It accommodates domestic, commercial, municipal, industrial, irrigation and HVAC applications.
Hydro Multi-B: The compact Hydro Multi-B combines the CME pump with an MLE motor for variable speed functionality and energy efficient pressure boosting. The affordable and easy-to-install system is perfect for domestic, multifamily, light commercial and rural applications.
Grundfos will be showcasing these and other products in booth C1320 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 30 to February 1, 2017.
