Bradley Corp., has announced that Bryan Mullett will be promoted to president/CEO, representing the fifth generation of leadership by the Mullett family.
Mullett, currently chief strategy officer, will assume his new role upon the retirement of Michael Sipek, current CEO, on June 30. Sipek has led Bradley on behalf of the Mullett family since 2007 after executive leadership posts at Western Industries and Rexnord Corp.
Mullett assumed his first corporate management position with the compay in 1997 as sales manager for the washroom accessories division at Bradley, then as national sales manager, and followed by director of corporate customer relations. After building sales and service knowledge, Mullett became vice president of plumbing operations, which included manufacturing, purchasing and quality. Mullett was then appointed to Bradley’s board of directors in 2011 and to his current position in 2013.
“Having the fifth generation of our family continue the leadership of this company has been a goal of mine since I assumed leadership from my father in 1980,” stated Donald Mullett, chairman. “Our family is excited about the exceptional staff at Bradley today, and the strategies being implemented to continue Bradley’s growth over the next generation.” Donald Mullett will remain as chairman of the board of directors.
