Bradley Corp. announces the appointments of Nick Siler to director of engineering, and Jon Villwock to director of product management, specialties group, for the Menomonee Falls-based manufacturer of plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories and emergency equipment.
Siler has been with Bradley since 2014 as the senior manager of engineering, working previously at Modine Manufacturing Company. In his new role, Siler will focus on process improvement while executing Bradley’s innovation strategies across the company’s plumbing and specialties groups.
“Nick has done a good job of structuring the Engineering organization to support growth objectives across the entire company,” said Mike Sipek, CEO, Bradley Corp. “His technical and leadership skills have been a great addition to our organization.”
Villwock began his career with Bradley more than 15 years ago, working in product groups, including washfountains, patient care and lavatory systems, and most recently was the group product manager for the specialties group. As a key member of the group’s management team, Villwock will continue his focus on developing and executing its strategic plan and growth initiatives.
“Jon brings valuable product and management experience to overseeing Bradley’s Specialties Group,” Sipek said. “His background and years with Bradley make him well-suited to lead long-term product development and market positioning for the company.”
