For the past 13 years, Caudill has served as a distinguished sales leader, driving growth and building strong customer relationships. Prior to joining The Charles D Jones Company, he was key regional sales manager at Honeywell and excelled as a territory manager for a Denver wholesaler, demonstrating a deep understanding of both strategic and hands-on aspects of the industry.
