The acquisition by Ferguson will strengthen the regional presence of Independent Pipe & Supply Corp., improve supply chain capabilities, and expand the range of available products and solutions. Customers can expect continued exceptional service, supported by Ferguson’s extensive resources and infrastructure. Additionally, associates will benefit from new opportunities for growth and development within the Ferguson organization.

Business Continuity

There will be no changes to customers’ current sales or customer service representatives as the company integrates into Ferguson. However, payment remittance information has been updated. Please refer to the new Lockbox and ACH details provided below.
