PHCPPros Connects with Trades Community at AHR Expo

PHCPPros, a B2B multimedia company serving the professional plumbing, heating, cooling and piping (PHCP) community, spotlighted its new PROS REPS RUGGED Mind and Body initiative with great success at the 2025 AHR Expo in Orlando.
With the focus on the new initiative — which aims to improve the mental health and wellness of tradespeople — the PHCPPros team found its interactions with attendees at the show to be more personal than ever before. Booth visitors shared personal stories and were eager to learn how they could contribute to PROS REPS RUGGED.
"In all of my experiences attending AHR Expo, I have never had the chance to engage with as many tradespeople as I did this year," said PHCPPros Principal Cate Brown. "I had, quite possibly, hundreds of one-on-one conversations with members of the community and learned even more about the challenges they're facing and solutions they're working on in regards to mental health and wellness. I can't wait to connect with some of these individuals after the show to further discuss how we can work together to create actionable change."
Throughout the three-day event, PHCPPros team members handed out resources from the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP), snacks to keep attendees energized, and special bracelets to welcome tradespeople into the PROS REPS RUGGED community.
“We hope that attendees took insights and experiences from our booth home — whether that’s getting involved in PROS REPS RUGGED, reaching out to an organization for mental health support, or remembering to fuel and take care of their bodies during their day-to-day routines,” said Brown.
Booth visitors also enjoyed learning more about PROS REPS RUGGED sponsors, which include Cintas, Watts Water Technologies and brands AERCO International and Bradley Corp., Morris Group International and brand Whitehall Manufacturing, U.S. Boiler Co. and Legend Valve. Along with its other merch, PHCPPros handed out LEGO delivery trucks from Cintas and t-shirts and teddy bears from Watts — all huge hits for attendees with many expressing that their children and family members at home were going to love their new gifts.
