Miura America proudly announces the graduation of the first class from its Boiler Trade Program, a milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to workforce development in the steam industry. “One of the headwinds facing the US boiler industry is a growing shortage of qualified boiler technicians. Miura America has taken a proactive approach to address the challenge by establishing the Miura Boiler Trade program in late 2024,” said Arne Irwin, vice president of maintenance operations and customer experience at Miura. “Our first class that graduated in February 2025 from the Miura Boiler Trade Program represents the future of the boiler industry.
