The Polaris High Efficiency Commercial Gas Water Heater is a light duty, fully condensing unit. It can provide endless hot water when sized appropriately and can be used for a combination of domestic hot water and space heating. The Polaris unit’s tank and helical heat exchanger are constructed from 444 stainless steel to provide optimal corrosion resistance. The condensing design operates at up to 94% thermal efficiency, saving money on operating costs when compared to standard gas water heaters.
