APR Supply Co. has named Stephanie Moyer as its vice president of human resources (HR), effective Oct. 14, 2024. In this role, Moyer will lead all HR functions and provide strategic counsel to the leadership team. She will focus on enhancing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to support the company's long-term vision and business objectives. Moyer will also play a key role in implementing new human capital management solutions to strengthen APR's workforce capabilities.
Stephanie joins APR Supply Co. with extensive experience in human resources across private family-owned and corporate environments in manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries. Most recently, she served at Johnson & Johnson as an HR project manager, where she supported large-scale organizational initiatives. Prior to this role, she provided strategic HR business support across multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on employee engagement, recruiting, development, and benefits administration.
Previously, Stephanie served as human resource manager at Fenner Precision, where she oversaw HR operations for sites in Manheim, Pennsylvania and Buffalo, New York. During her tenure, she successfully implemented performance management systems and led initiatives in training and development, recruitment, employee relations, and benefit administration.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University and an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
