The PVF Roundtable Board of Directors is excited to announce its election of Eric Weimar of Newman Flange & Fittings as the new vice president. Weimar has been an active board member for over a year, playing a key role in planning banquets and events to raise scholarship donations for local colleges and trade schools.
“I am deeply passionate about the Roundtable and our mission to provide scholarship funding to the schools aligned with our goals. It is truly rewarding to support those in need of financial assistance to achieve their educational dreams,” Weimar said.
As the Roundtable prepares for its 2025 events, it is also developing a new educational platform for member companies to train new associates on all aspects of pipe, valves, and fittings. Membership has grown significantly in the past two years, and Weimar welcomes the challenge ahead, “My solution -oriented mindset, combined with my communication and leadership skills, will guide my vision for the future of the PVF Roundtable and the steps needed to ensure its continued growth.”
Current Roundtable President Sara Alford stated, “Eric has demonstrated his commitment to our charitable initiatives and has been an invaluable asset in hosting our banquets and networking events. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, we are thrilled to have him in this executive role and look forward to what 2025 has in store.”
