Jackson Systems & Supply is excited to introduce AirLink, a new program designed to help contractors increase revenue by linking installed indoor air quality (IAQ) products to replacement air filters, humidifier pads, and UV bulbs for homeowners. AirLink earned the bronze award in the Residential Controls category at The ACHR’s Dealer Design Awards.
The AirLink program aims to boost residual revenue for HVAC contractors, foster customer loyalty, and provide a hands-off solution. AirLink works by connecting IAQ products with replacement consumables using a QR code to that exact replacement in an online store provide for free by Jackson Systems & Supply.
“When we say hassle free, that’s exactly what we mean.”, said Carl Kasten, chief operations officer of Jackson Systems & Supply. “By scanning the QR code that we print on your IAQ products, homeowners are sent directly to the exact replacement filter, bulb or pad for the product the contractor installs.”
AirLink enables contractors to generate ongoing revenue while ensuring customers are reminded to replace their consumables. This continuous engagement enhances customer retention and simplifies logistics for HVAC contractors.
“We were very excited to get started on the AirLink program for our air filter cabinets and start creating that residual revenue," stated Stan Pakarin of FUSE. “When we received our filter cabinets, the quality looked amazing!"
