Northeastern Supply, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s fastest-growing plumbing, HVAC and PVF wholesalers, announced the acquisition of Cheuvront’s Supply, a full-service plumbing and HVAC distribution company. This acquisition expands Northeastern’s footprint and will help to better serve the needs of its Virginia customers in the Waynesboro and Charlottesville areas.

Cheuvront’s Supply, based out of Waynesboro, Virginia, has been in operation since 1959. Cheuvront’s is locally owned and operated by Richard Pettie and is a great fit into Northeastern’s strategy of working harder, doing whatever it takes, to be their customers’ preferred supplier.

The purchase of Cheuvront’s Supply further increases Northeastern Supply’s share in the residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC markets and with this acquisition, Northeastern will be expanding its well and septic systems offerings. Northeastern Supply will continue the same infrastructure currently at Cheuvront’s Supply. That being a full-service store, focusing on valued customers in both the residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, PVF and water systems segments; featuring over 4,300 products in stock. Local inventory will be backed by Northeastern Supply’s 175,000-square-foot distribution center, that is home to tens of thousands of products that are available at a moment’s notice.

Following the acquisition, Richard Pettie will continue to serve as branch manager for Waynesboro. Pettie has been with Cheuvront’s Supply for 24 years and has owned the company since 2000. He has the industry knowledge and expertise to lead his team into this new chapter and will continue to serve customers with the same service that they have come to rely on.
